- Develop and execute translational science strategies for antibody therapies in clinical development.
- Lead and support a team of scientists and researchers to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with various teams to align translational activities with company goals.
- Design and manage translational research studies including preclinical models and biomarker discovery.
- Evaluate biomarkers for patient selection and treatment response guidance.
- Analyze data from preclinical and clinical studies to optimize trial design.
- Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent in Oncology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in translational science, with 5 years in a leadership role in biopharmaceuticals.
- Expertise in oncology, immunotherapy, and antibody-based therapies.
- Proven record in translational research and biomarker development.
- Experience in computational biology is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
