    **Route Sales Manager (RSM)**

    Route Sales Manager (RSM)

    **Job Description**

    To manage, service and aggressively expand an assigned set of customers along all routes. Uses frequent independent judgment when making decisions. Accountable for sales growth within the distributorship.

    **Job Duties**

    Manage assigned routes and take care of all the assigned daily tasks

    Work with DDM to be accountable for reaching the daily, weekly, and monthly goals

    Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports for RSMs to utilize on routes

    Be aware of all policies and procedures including proper paperwork for opening and closing accounts

    Maintain knowledge of the operations overall financial results and how the RSM team is impacting the results

    Be responsible for complying with all DOT and safety rules and regulations

    Be the first point of contact most dealers have and provide exceptional customer service

    Look for opportunities to generate GP at every stop

    Load, unload and count truck on a daily basis

    Maintain a culture of shared ideas, open communication, and an attitude of how can we get it done within the team

    **Qualifications**

    Must possess current Nevada drivers license and have clean driving record

    Prior sales management experience highly desirable

    Good communication skills

    Strong customer service skills

    High school diploma or GED equivalent

    Ability to read, write and compute basic math

    Minimum 2 years demonstrated sales, customer service and delivery experience

    Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, talk and hear, stand and walk

    Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

    Ability to lift and/or move 50+ lbs.

    Exposed to battery warehouse conditions such as exposure to moving equipment mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals
