    Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within their designated territory, implementing effective in-store marketing strategies, and utilizing creative approaches to outperform the competition.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Partner with retailers to implement impactful in-store marketing and promotional campaigns.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader campaigns.
    • Train and support retail partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Demonstrate creativity in overcoming obstacles and capturing new business opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven sales experience, preferably in the cannabis or beverage industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
