    Denver, CO Full-time $150, $200,000.00Posted 11/06/2023We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to be the driving force behind our construction projects.

    You must be an organized and detail-oriented professional. Know about construction management, project planning and management (PPM), and cost control management (CCM). Passion for making a difference and providing excellent customer service is a must.

    What You Will Be DoingAs a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire construction process from start to finish.

    You will collaborate with other professionals and departments to ensure that the project is completed on time, on budget, and with the quality expected.

    You will also be responsible for developing project plans and budgets, tracking progress, and managing resources.

    What You Need for this PositionTo be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

    In addition, you must be knowledgeable of CCM, PPM, and aviation.

    You must have a good understanding of the industry and the best practices in order to manage and ensure successful construction projects.


    The following skills are also required:
    Construction Manager, Project Planning and Management, Cost Control Management, and Aviation.
