Responsibilities:

  • You will independently manage complex construction projects in road and civil engineering, while adhering to technical, commercial, legal, and scheduling requirements and conditions.
  • You will ensure efficient use of personnel and materials in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • You will be responsible for personnel management and development of employees (m/f/d) on your construction sites.
  • You will be accountable for the progress of the construction project and will handle the project with consideration for monitoring the economic success.
  • You will work closely with internal departments such as cost estimation and procurement.
  • You will manage subcontractors and suppliers.
  • You will ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable education with several years of professional experience in this field.
  • You are confident in dealing with customers, clients, and employees.
  • You have a high level of commitment, strong assertiveness, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • You are known for your independent work style.
