- Stay updated on 401(k) program compliance, manage paperwork, and coordinate compliance efforts with the team.
- Act as the main point of contact for 401(k) record-keeping, handling technical inquiries and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with Fiduciary Advisors to oversee Quarterly Investment Committee activities.
- Manage annual Contribution True-Up and Safe Harbor Contribution, along with monthly Finance requests.
- Ensure adherence to ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA regulations, working closely with auditors, legal, and finance teams.
- Support other benefit plans, contribute to plan redesign, and aid in implementation.
- Assist in Merger & Acquisition due diligence processes.
- Build relationships with external partners, negotiate contracts, and monitor service performance.
- Coordinate with benefit vendors and consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in annual open enrollment and generate HR reports on US health and welfare benefits.
- University degree with 8-12 years of experience in benefits.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for engaging with all levels of the organization.
- Strong relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to effectively represent and address business needs.
- Keen attention to detail and precision.
- Quick learning and problem-solving abilities, especially in uncertain scenarios.
- Proven expertise in program and project management.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Proficient in problem identification, research, and resolution.
