- Manage dining room service to exceed member and guest expectations.
- Recruit, train, and lead dining room staff to uphold service standards.
- Oversee budget, expenses, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure food quality and service excellence.
- Develop and execute training and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
- Address member feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
- Ensure efficient bar operations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless event execution.
- Monitor staffing, payroll, and inventory levels.
- Maintain records, conduct performance evaluations, and liaise with management.
- 4-6 years of Food & Beverage management experience or equivalent.
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a positive attitude and strategic mindset.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Adaptable and open-minded approach to change and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.

- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
- Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 (based on experience).
