- Create new cardholder in P-Card provider's portal. Receive and distribute new P-Cards and communicate policies, responsibilities, and procedures at time of distribution.
- Provide support to P-Card users on all program inquiries, problems, and suggestions and act as a point-of-contact for cardholders and the issuing financial institution.
- Analyze card activity and trends, develop reports, and report results to the Purchasing Manager.
- Creates communications for cardholders and conducts training sessions, as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in the customer services environment (energy industry experience is preferred).
- Experience with P-Card considered a plus.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, self-driven.
- Takes initiative, proactive, and customer services oriented.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent computer skills, including all MS Office applications, are required.
