    Job Description

    As a member of Select's Supply Chain Management team, Procurement Coordinator will assist with the administration of the P-Card program.

    The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
    Create new cardholder in P-Card provider's portal. Receive and distribute new P-Cards and communicate policies, responsibilities, and procedures at time of distribution.

    Provide support to P-Card users on all program inquiries, problems, and suggestions and act as a point-of-contact for cardholders and the issuing financial institution.

    Analyze card activity and trends, develop reports, and report results to the Purchasing Manager.
    Creates communications for cardholders and conducts training sessions, as needed.

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
    2-4 years of experience in the customer services environment (energy industry experience is preferred).
    Experience with P-Card considered a plus.
    Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
    Strong work ethic, self-driven.
    Takes initiative, proactive, and customer services oriented.
    Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
    Fluent computer skills, including all MS Office applications, are required.

    This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
    Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
    Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
    Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
    Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
