- Manage Benefit offerings for organization. (Work with Broker/Vendors, spearhead open enrollment, drive participation within plans
- Manage HRIS system inputs and processes for assigned work groups. (currently Paylocity). Participate in the end-to-end hiring process for assigned business units, may including job postings, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Participate in employee relations related areas as assigned.
- Conduct exit interviews and compile data for management review as assigned.
- Attend HR association meetings and training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and HR-related certification preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an HR Coordinator or higher role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, regulatory compliance, personnel policies, record-keeping, training, and benefits interpretation.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data management systems, web-based software, and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and prioritization.
