    Description

    Summary

    This position is located at Departmental Offices,DO - Recover Prog/ Small Business,Transprt, Legacy. As a/an Compliance Analyst, you will ensure that recipients comply with their funding requirements and proactively assist recipients come into compliance to facilitate the success of the purpose of the award.

    Duties

    The following are the duties of this position at the GS-14. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
  • Provide compliance monitoring, asset management, audit and risk management, post-assistance reporting, and internal controls related to financial assistance provided by the Treasury.
  • Monitor compliance of grant, loan and note agreements between the Treasury and funding recipients of assistance programs.
  • Review, analyze, and monitor recipient activity to ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations and operating policies and procedures by developing expertise in compliance systems and testing.
