    Position Summary:

    As a Compliance Analyst and a member of the MedPro Compliance Advisory Services Team (MCA) you will leverage your compliance and regulatory expertise to provide education and solutions to MedPros internal colleagues and external customers. The Compliance Analyst will report to the Manager, Compliance Advisory Services, US Reporting, and will work out of our Mount Arlington, New Jersey location.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Compliance Advisory Capabilities

    • Be familiar with current and emerging Life Sciences & healthcare laws, regulations, codes and guidelines that our expanding Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Hospital, Pharmacy, Wholesale Distributor, and Third-Party Logistic Provider clients are subject to.
    • Monitor and evaluate new and evolving laws and regulations related to pharmaceutical and device compliance and transparency.
    • Utilize compliance knowledge and industry experience in support of and to further develop MedPros suite of services including MedPro ComplianceReportingID, RegulatoryID, MedProID, and compliance consulting services.
    • Research new subject matter of interest for product development and enhancement.
    • Prepare initial drafts of customer-facing deadline reminders and news updates, educational resource documents, and presentations.
    • Participate as needed, in customer meetings and respond to prospect and customer questions.
    • Support customers in navigating aggregate spend reporting season.
    • Work with MCA team members to support advisory services engagements by performing research and drafting or reviewing documents related to foundational compliance elements such as policies and SOPs, monitoring and auditing plans, compliance training and communication tools, and meeting other compliance program needs.

    Education/Certification

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Possession of reputable compliance certification(s) (e.g., Seton Hall Law or SCCE) preferred

    Years Experience

    • 1-3+ years of legal, regulatory or compliance job experience required
    • Pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience preferred
    • Knowledge of health care compliance fraud & abuse laws and regulations, industry codes and related state laws preferred

    Technology/Software Knowledge

    Proficiency with Microsoft Word Suite

    Primary Work Location

    Flexible work location with the expectation of in-person attendance for critical meetings in our Mt. Arlington, NJ office
