- Updates/KPI/Data Compliance/invoicing, auto-rating requirements.
- Tracks and traces exports/imports, ocean/air cargo from departure to arrival.
- Completes data entry, status reports, monitors shipment status.
- Maintains Job Management WIP/ACRL.
- Reviews documentation to ensure it is complete and compliant.
- Coordinates cargo movement with Ocean/Air Carriers, and trucking companies
- Produces/Receives/Reviews documents, Bills of Lading, MAWB, HAWB
- Communicates daily with vendors, carriers, various service providers.
- Completes invoicing and cost confirmations for proper Job Management.
- Potentially cross-trains with other departments for experience growth and support export/import department.
- PAVE completes the tasks in the system.
- Creates necessary reports and communicates with customers assigned daily.
- Manages day-to-day communication with the customers assigned and participates in daily conference calls.
- Quotes the customers and provides market updates.
- Customer facing - Maintains key customer business and relationship with TGF.
- Writes and oversees specific customer-orientated standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Reviews external and internal reports related to client daily.
- Reviews gross profit of client to manage buy / sell rates to optimize profits.
- Prepares Client Implementation Plan and identifies and implements process improvements related to the client.
- Reviews and streamlines working processes to enable best practice with lowest resources / financial impact.
- Sets up or maintains client profiles, visits, and updates quotes / sell rates in related systems.
- Identifies trends and opportunities to develop new services and revenue as well as to deliver value for both client and Toll.
- Identifies potential issues and provide proactive problem solving.
- Supports, encourages, and drives client services and operation teams to deliver values.
- Is involved in implementation of new business to ensure correct processes in place.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Processes Accounts Receivable as necessary
- Works with Finance on both payables and receivables to resolve issues with customers.
