- Input daily cash entries into accounting system (FX, dividend, expenses, income, cash flows)
- Monitor, analyze, and prepare communications related to the processing of various corporate actions events
- Work with custodians, brokers, and traders to identify, investigate, and resolve trade settlement issues
- Daily utilization of Omgeo suite of products for affirmation and confirmation of trade executions
- Implement and maintain settlement instructions of brokers and custodians
- Liaise with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Custodians on a daily basis
- Perform new security setup and security master maintenance
- Participate in daily end of day process to manage the data integrity of cash, positions and trades in accounting and trading systems from current day to next business day
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
