    Operations Coordinator Job DescriptionReporting to a District Manager/Area Manager/Market Manager/Fixed Operations Manager an Operations Coordinator advances the administrative processes necessary to deliver exceptional services to customers and employees at a limited number of worksites and facilitates the flow of customer vehicles through the repair process.

    Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeadershipWorks with AM/DM/ROD/RVP to ensure staffing levels meet existing and upcoming new business needs Hires new Technicians and coordinates the smooth transition through orientation into regular service Shares methods, aids, and techniques to enhance Technician performanceProactively addresses performance deficiencies and takes steps to correctWrites development plans when necessaryAdministrativeDelivers superior administrative services to customers and employees within established timeframes Leads the implementation of high-quality administrative and organizational processes Prioritizes, logs, and tracks operational workflow for use by all shop(s) employees Manages billing and invoicingDevelops and maintains positive and productive relationships with customers Answers customer inquiries, resolves issues, communicates repair statuses, maintains supply inventory, controls qualitySubmits timesheets, responds to information requests, maintains work logs and provides updates on work-in-progressCoordinates repair estimatesPerforms ADAS ScansCreates reports, responds to information requestsCompletes general administrative activities including answering phones, fax, data entry, ordering supplies, etcReinforces Company expectations regarding professionalism ie.

    customer service, quality, dress code May act as direct supervisor in the absence of a Fixed Operations Manager Maintains confidentialityOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications Experience in an administrative support roleAbility to prioritize assignments from multiple managersProficiency with iOS and Windows including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Credible and persuasive communication styleSelf-motivated with the ability to complete assignments autonomouslyPreferred Qualifications Working knowledge of NetSuite and AdobeWhy Dent Wizard?     The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.


    Base Pay Range:
    $19-$21 per hour.
