    What youll be doing:

    First point of contact for all pre-sale transactional furniture requests Primarily focused on supporting customer requests received from the Furniture Sales Consultants (FSCs) and Account Managers (AM) Provide customer support on inquiries related to furniture product, availability, and recommendations.

    Provide solutions, quotes, and proposals for transactional furniture opportunities. Effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed KPIs. Identify opportunity leads in existing accounts to transfer to FSCs when applicable. Develop selling skills of qualifying, strategizing, sales call tactics, closing, and maintaining service levels. Learn the primary Staples operating platforms (Sunrise and Furniture Quoting Software).

    Furniture industry/product knowledge ability to anticipate competitive positioning and recommend relevant and leading-edge solutions to customers Ability to manage a successful pipeline Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal/communication skills Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively within cross functional teams Highly adaptable able to work in a dynamic environment Highly organized detail oriented and able to multi-task Whats needed - Basic Qualifications High School Diploma/GED 2 years related experience Whats needed- Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree Strong computer experience in MS Office Platforms, AS400, furniture quoting software, and
