    Title: Application Support Engineer

    Location: 100% On-Site (San Antonio, TX )

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional technical support for a variety of healthcare applications, including Agfa Enterprise Imaging, LifeImage, Provation, PowerScribe, and more (see full list below).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently and accurately.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure optimal application performance.
    • Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare technology trends.

    Bonus points if you have:

    • Experience supporting applications in a hospital environment (We understand the specific needs of this setting)
    • Familiarity with medical imaging systems
