- Act as primary liaison between Customer replenishment organization, Dorman Supply Chain and Sales to drive improvements in performance as measured by customer
- Lead development and maturation of monthly CPFR process (Collaborative Forecasting, Planning and Replenishment) for assigned customers to deliver exceptional supply chain performance and deliver value
- Drive set up process for new product in customer and Dorman systems to ensure flow of replenishment to drive incremental revenue
- Drive performance improvements through use of data and analytics
- Build and enhance customer relationships
- Identify gaps in service levels to limit potential fine or penalty exposure and initiate solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement across all functions
- 1 year of experience in Logistics and/or Customer Supply Chain or B.S. in Supply Chain/Business.
- Passion for improving business results through collaboration and use of analytics
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office experience required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Effectively work in a team environment collaborating cross functionally across the end-to-end supply chain to drive improved business results
- 2+ years of experience Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Customer Experience
- Bachelor's degree; Supply Chain, Business or General Studies.
- Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Business Objects a plus
