The Corporate IS Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Associate Application Analyst - IS Cerner Revenue.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Provides system change management support to the acute care facilities and physician offices and other UHS employees for requested changes and/or enhancements
  • Works closely with operations to modify the Cerner system for any registration or scheduling changes, enhancements, or break/fix solutions.
  • Adheres to UHS Service Level and Change Management Policies.
  • Provides oncall support as scheduled.
  • Establishes and maintains regular communications with user community.

Qualifications:

Position Requirements:


  • This position requires Technical School, two years college or an Associate's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. No working experience is required. Up to one year of experience would enhance the skills and abilities necessary to perform this job.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems analysis and programming techniques and procedures, including: consulting with users to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications; design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing, coding, debugging, or modification of computer systems or programs based on and related to user design specifications.
  • Basic knowledge of IS standards and quality methods and metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methods.
  • Language proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal fluency.
  • Experience working in a hospital or physician office is preferred but not required.

Travel Requirements:20-30% (depending on projects)
