- Provide initiative-based support and subject matter expertise.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to quickly identify trends and root causes and transition analysis into actionable projects
- Strong Excel modeling skills; must work with sophisticated formulas and macros.
- Fluency in SQL for data access, manipulation, and validation
- Passion for data visualization and information design; proficiency in Tableau is preferred.
- Consistent track record in prioritizing, planning, and implementing strategies
- Operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Capable of clearly communicating complex analyses to a non-technical audience, including extensive experience presenting to leadership groups
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Experience in management principles involved in strategy, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordinating people and resources is preferred.
