    Description

    The CRC-B will work closely with a cross-departmental research team and will be responsible for all phases of study management including: assisting in the development of research materials, maintenance of study records and data, submission of IRB modification and other regulatory documentation, data cleaning and basic analysis, conduct of literature reviews; and research related administrative tasks. Additionally, the CRC-B will perform cluster randomization within REDCap, and follow patients via PennChart during the course of the trial. The CRC-B will work closely with the project manager and provide regular updates at project staff meetings. The CRC-B will also have the opportunity to contribute to project papers and presentations.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor of Science and 2 to 3 years of experience in the healthrelatedorsocialscience field ​or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

    A qualified candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills.

    In addition, proficiency with Excel and REDCap, as well as data analysis tools such as R-studio.

    Experience with database development and management preferred.

    The coordinator must be detail and accuracy oriented with an ability to organize and execute projects consistently and complete tasks independently.

    The position also requires excellent written and communication skills, and ability to exercise initiative.

    Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
