This position answers inquiries from customers about vehicles through email, text and phone calls with the goal of guiding a customer through the vehicle research and selection process, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet or Text.
Respond to customer inquiries immediately.
Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
Set appointments for our customers.
Study, learn and understand the vehicles and services we offer .
Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures.
Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership.
Qualifications:
Telemarketing, Appointment Setting and Customer Service Experience.
Can handle high volume sales calls and emails
Strong written and oral communication skills
Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred but not required.
