    Description

    Objective: The Ductless Sales Specialist will drive sales, shape product strategy, and devise plans to achieve objectives. Collaborating with various Gemaire Departments and Territory Managers, this role involves implementing proposals and ensuring their success.


    • Develop a comprehensive sales, marketing, and operational plan to foster business growth within a specific region.

    • Lead the creation and implementation of yearly sales strategies in the region to meet sales and margin goals for the Ductless Mini Split business.

    • Define the product strategy based on the company's position and take a proactive approach to sales development.


    Seek opportunities for sales growth and address issues like excess inventory and slow-moving products.



    Qualifications:

    • Lead marketing and merchandising efforts.
    • Train branch staff on Ductless products.
    • Analyze stocking levels and manage inventory performance.
    • Evaluate sales performance and create sales initiatives.
    • Engage in industry events and product shows, as needed.
    • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
    • Possess broad HVAC equipment experience.
    • Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of HVAC experience with expertise in VRF and ductfree products.
    • Understand dealer and distributor strategies, competitive landscapes, and buying decision factors.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in analyzing sales and market data, along with strategic pricing.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Ability to travel within the designated region.
    • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.


    Job Type: Full-time


    Pay: $62,100,000.00 per year
