Description
This position will pay hourly plus bonuses. The range is between $4,000-$5,500 per month based on performance._

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet or Text.
  • Respond to customer inquiries immediately.
  • Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
  • Set appointments for our customers.
  • Study, learn and understand the vehicles and services we offer.
  • Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures.
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership.

Qualifications:

  • Telemarketing, Appointment Setting and Customer Service Experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred but not required.
  • All applicants must pass preemployment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment*_
