- Provide technical support to customer service, service networks, and distributors, ensuring the quality of maintenance and refurbishment.
- Regularly maintain and update technical documentation for products, ensuring timely and accurate information on change processes.
- Conduct regular product technical training, assessment, and certification for customer service and service network.
- Collect post-sales issues of products, regularly report to the group on after-sales and quality, and drive product quality improvement.
- Collect EWP data and market feedback for analysis, driving product improvement and forming closed-loop management.
- Responsible for the local service implementation of new product introductions and providing support for insights into expanding new business local services.
