We are expanding our IT services and are looking for a Support Specialist (m/f) for our locations in Binzen and/or Freiburg.

Your responsibilities

  • Operating modern IT environments (networks, client-server systems, security, virtualization, firewalls, security and backup solutions, etc.)
  • Configuration, operation and monitoring of systems and software
  • Independent customer and project support
  • Monitoring of customer systems
  • Installation and support of client/server networks, MS and VMware
  • Competent contact person for customers

Your profile

  • Completed training as an IT specialist (system integration)/Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or similar
  • Professional experience as an IT system administrator
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft server products (Windows Server, Exchange) is an advantage
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, vSphere)
  • Good knowledge of network architectures (TCP/IP, WLAN, VPN) and security solutions
  • You work independently, structured and goal-oriented
