    Coder is on a mission to build enterprise software that makes software developers' lives easier and keeps them in flow.

    We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who will identify, qualify, progress, and close revenue opportunities with Fortune 500 customers for Coder's self-hosted Development Environment Platform.

    We are hiring for the midwest territory, with remote work in the Greater Chicago Area or the Greater Detroit Area.

    What you will be doing...Use your skills to increase the number of enterprise customers in the Midwest region, targeting enterprise-sized organizations that have extensive engineering orgsCommunicate what Coder does, how we are different, and what our business values are through demos and slides and excellent communication and follow-throughBuild a pipeline of qualified opportunities based on inbound leads and outbound hunting skillsWork with technical peers to deliver an exceptional experience to prospective customersEstablish relationships with key technical staff and decision-makersTravel as needed to prospects and customersWhat you bring...You have 5+ years of experience in software and/or SaaS prospecting and salesYou have 3+ years of experience selling to the Fortune 500You are proud of your excellent written and verbal communication skills with a penchant for giving exceptional presentationsYou have worked at both startup and large enterprise companiesYou are self-driven and have had consistent success with outbound prospecting, especially for enterprise companiesYou partner well with Sales Engineers and enjoy team collaborationYou have a track record of exceeding performance objectives such as revenue targets, pipeline targets, and outbound activityYou thrive in a collaborative environment where people are passionate about their work and embrace each other's quirkinessWe'll be even more excited if...You have experience selling to technologists/engineering and leadershipYou have knowledge of developer tools, platform engineering, CI/CD, and the SDLCYou either have a technical background or are technically curiousYou are passionate about open-source softwareInterview ProcessWe believe that the interview process should be consistent and enjoyable.

    Our goal is to complete the entire process in two full weeks if everything aligns. During this time, you will be able to meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and a company leader. If you interview for a position requiring a take-home assessment, we will compensate you for your work and time.
