Delta Group is seeking an Account Executive to join our dynmaic team. They must have applicable skills to service existing clients as well as develop new clients within the region.

The ideal applicant must also be proficient in communicating the Delta Group message in a professional manner to clients, potential clients and other employees.

The Account Executive may be responsible for working national tradeshow and is responsible for working tradeshows, seminars, events, trainings within their territory.


Responsibilities:


  • Meet/exceed the sales forecast as set forth within their respective territory or region.
  • Presenting virtually and in person as well as presenting all service lines to existing and new customers.
  • Train and motivate new hire AE's.
  • Operate within the overall expense ratios as set forth in the budget.
  • Manage their Regions with regard to the overall business plan, but also create unique and diverse strategic advantages for Delta Group which the Region may lend itself to such as: unique pricing. strategies, seek out various popular services that Delta Group can enter into the market, special promotions, etc.
  • Provide positive impact on the overall Sales and Revenue of Delta Group through the closing of new accounts/prospects.
  • Be thoroughly knowledgeable of their Region so as to express it directly to the company for future decisions and/or business opportunities.
  • Establish solid business relationships with all key accounts within the region for client retention and additional business leads/opportunities.
  • Maintain the clientretention goals as set forth each year.
  • Represent Delta Group in a professional manner at all times during employment; never compromising the company's core values of integrity, morals, values or code of ethics.
  • Perform any/all duties as deemed necessary by management.
  • Develop and implement Sales Presentations, and RFP responses in an efficient, professional, and effective manner.
  • Any additional assignments and/or projects as dictated by business need or management direction.
  • National and local tradeshow representation.
  • Communicate organizational changes to clients professionally.
  • Adhere to client expense guidelines.
  • Microsoft Teams will be utilized regularly and when working from home throughout the business day.
  • Monthly expenses will be submitted timely and within budget unless direct authorization in writing is provided by manager to submit outside of budget.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:


  • Limited physical effort required to carry out job duties
  • Long intervals in front of PC
  • Office and/or Home-Office environment
  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, bending, light lifting up to 5lbs., and stretching/reach movement intermittently during working hours may occur
  • Long intervals in front of PC
, telephone, and driving

  • Preparing for conference, mantling and dismantling booth, exhibit materials, standing for long periods at conferences/client events, carrying boxes
  • Travel may be required, up to 50%, some events may require weekend and afterwork hour travel

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 57 years of related experience preferred additional experience may be substituted for formal education
  • Sales and/or technical experience within the insurance and investigative industry required, 34 year minimum
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to remain highly productive in a changing environment, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively and professional; verbally and in writing
  • Follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to type 3040 words per minute
  • Valid Stateissued Driver's License
