Job Summary

As an Account Executive you will enthusiastically provide customer assistance via telephone, to prospective renters looking for information regarding availability, pricing, floor plans or other information about our communities.

You will assist in booking appointments for prospects to visit and tour our communities. You will place calls to current residents to discuss and secure lease renewals.

This sales and customer service position requires high attention to detail and sales strategy to secure new and renewal leases for growing portfolio of apartment communities.

This position reports to the Sales Manager.


Essential job functions

  • Manage the setting and execution of appointments for prospective residents to tour communities and provide detailed notes on apartment preferences for onsite leasing teams to reference.
  • Responsible for implementation and execution of sales process and increasing traffic across the entire STYL portfolio by following on all incoming leads.
  • Issue quotes and diligently follow up with prospective residents to secure new leases.
  • Management of proper negotiation of renewal contracts.
  • Management of active sales funnel through inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Minimum of 60 calls per day
  • Effectively work and manage the lead management system (Knock)
  • Collaborate with the onsite property sales teams to manage the sales process throughout all STYL communities
  • Be able to work successfully in an autonomous capacity adhering to aggressive weekly/monthly sales metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum one year of demonstrated Sales experience in a call center or similar.
  • Onsite Multifamily Property Management experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized and efficient individuals who can close sales and generate revenue.
  • Available to work a schedule that includes weekends and weekday nights.

Pay:
Up to $80,000.00 per year
