    Customer Service Representative

    Murray, UT

    $17.00hr to $18.00hr

    Mon- Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

    We are an established pioneer in cultural exchange as one of the original sponsoring agencies for the Au Pair Program. We specialize in childcare and have exclusively worked to match families with Au Pairs for over three decades. We are committed to fostering global friendships and have facilitated successful exchanges for tens of thousands of participants from over 37 countries. Operation from our Salt Lake City headquarters, we work diligently to promote cultural understanding and personal growth, creating lifelong bonds between host families and au pairs while upholding integrity and accountability across our global community.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interact with potential customers, providing information and promptly addressing inquiries.
    • Assess customer needs and align them with available services, offering tailored solutions.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
    • Aid in processing customer paperwork and internal documentation accurately and efficiently.
    • Coordinate multiple customer accounts, activities, and events.
    • Clearly articulate business policies and procedures to customers.
    • Demonstrate expertise and knowledge of business operations and processes within Customer Service.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective objectives.
    • Uphold the quality and accuracy of internal business procedures.
    • Manage incoming phone calls by assigning and transferring them as necessary.

    Skills and Experience Required:

    • Cultivate a positive attitude and demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Utilize proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, email, and various PC-based software.
    • Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and advancing within the industry.
    • Present oneself professionally with appropriate dress and appearance.
    • Act with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
    • Uphold integrity and adhere to ethical standards.
    • Demonstrate a track record of excellent attendance and reliability.
