Description

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Job Duties

Works with multiple Line-of Business stakeholders to understand opportunities and prioritize technical development
Dives deep into business problems to understand where process changes will be needed to leverage technical capabilities, and champions process change where needed
Applies expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application to business solution
Anticipates client concerns and questions, and provides proactive, timely and professional client-focused communications.
Reviews design and technical specification documents for alignment with business solution
Actively contributes to the business cases for IT projects and initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development or other related field
Minimum 5 years' professional IT experience
Hands-on CC&B application with utility industry experience
