Job Title: Business/Data Quality Analyst

Location-Type: San Francisco, CA

Start Date Is: 2 weeks from offer

Duration: 5+month contract

Compensation Range: $60-$80/hr

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business/Data Quality Analyst to serve as a pivotal resource in data management, focusing on reporting strategy, data collection, data quality and validation, and data automation. This role will act as the right hand to the product owner, spearheading data collection and ingestion initiatives to build and enhance data platforms.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years in a data management role.
Skills:
Proficiency in using SharePoint, JIRA, SQL, and other analytical software.
Strong skills in word processing and spreadsheets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail, focus, and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and execute reporting strategies, oversee data collection and validation, and prepare for data automation.
Document processes and share information via SharePoint and similar platforms.
Work independently to manage data sets and engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient data integration and usage.
Build relationships quickly with business partners to develop strategies for managing sample data sets and automating weekly data feeds.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen, Amazon Vendor Central Portal, or other data repositories.
Familiarity with Amazon Azure and Synapse.
