    Description

    Sr. Business Analyst

    Summary:

    San Francisco, NY, Mtn. View, Chicago, Atlanta / Hybrid

    We are seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to bolster our Source to Pay (S2P) tools and systems administration within our global strategic sourcing organization. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our operations, with a focus on administering and enhancing tools such as Coupa and ServiceNow. Additionally, the individual will contribute to defining and building requirements for our future tools roadmap.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide first level global support for S2P tools and systems via Microsoft Teams, email, and ticketing system.

    Administer user access and permissions within S2P tools.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address user needs and system issues.

    Work closely with partner teams to ensure accurate data within S2P systems.

    Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system rollouts and upgrades.

    Serve as a subject matter expert for S2P tools, providing guidance and training to end-users.

    Contribute to the development of Knowledge Base articles and documentation for internal use.

    Basic Qualifications:

    BS/MS degree in a Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

    6+ years of experience in business systems analysis or systems administration roles.

    6+ years of experience with implementing or enhancing enterprise software platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Coupa, Workday).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Familiarity with S2P tools such as Coupa, ServiceNow, and Conga or similar platforms.

    Experience working in a global strategic sourcing organization or within procurement processes.

    Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

    Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.

    Experience with tools and platforms commonly used in support roles.

    Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

    Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
