    Description
    Operations Business Analyst II
    Pay Range: $35 to $41.67;hour

    Overview

    This position will report directly to the Director of Operations and play a key role in Business Administration of Service Now and also provide direct support to the Director on ad hoc projects and in day to day operations for our client:

    Requirements for the Role
    • Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analysis, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager, or a similar type of role.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Administration or Office Management.
    • Experience with the ServiceNow report writing tool.
    • Experience using and supporting ServiceNow.
    • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
    • Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience with creating and maintaining department templates
    • Excellent analytic, problem solving and coaching skills, with the ability to take a thoughtful driven approach to addressing each assignment.
    • Someone who is self-motivated and will jump in and do the work.
    • Experience with general departmental SharePoint site content maintenance
    • Particularly strong Excel user, including experience with integrating date from multiple sources, data analysis, usage of advanced Excel functions.
    Preferred
    • Healthcare, hospital/health system work experience
