    Title: Operations Manager
    Reports to: Executive Director
    Status: Full-Time, Hourly

    About the Company:
    Friends of the Children - Tampa Bay is in search of a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team. We are a national organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of generational poverty by providing professional mentors to youth in need.



    Job Description:
    As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting various functions such as human resources, finance, and information technology to ensure seamless operations and growth.

    1. Organizational Support
    2. Staff/Department Support
    3. Financial Management
    4. Human Resources

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum four years of operations experience in a small office.
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, or nonprofit management preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and databases.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
    • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with nonprofit organizations.
    • Knowledge of fundraising and events.
    • Familiarity with donor databases and payroll processes.
    • Background in working with children and families.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
