Our Marketing Assistant position is tailored for entry-level enthusiasts eager to delve into the world of business success by delivering excellent results for our clients. Join our entry-level Marketing & Sales squad, where you'll assist in increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty through innovative campaign launches.

    Responsibilities as an entry-level Marketing Assistant:

    • Implement marketing and sales strategies following company guidelines alongside the brand coordinator team
    • Prioritize customer experience with a 'customer-first' approach
    • Maintain transparent communication with customers, clients, and colleagues
    • Uphold brand standards to enhance customer loyalty
    • Evaluate campaign performance and provide reports to senior management
    • Participate in mandatory training sessions and team meetings

    Requirements for the role:

    • Minimum of an Associate's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
    • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, brand coordination, or customer-facing roles
    • Demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and adeptness in multitasking
    • Ability to adapt swiftly and problem-solve effectively
    • Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
    • Comfortable thriving in a high-energy environment
