The Position will report directly to the Executive Director / CEO.The position must have strong administrative skills and have knowledge and experience with Fundraising and Marketing Materials as well as the following skills and talents.
This is a sample of requirements and expectations.Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree although Master Preferred
- Must have valid MA Driver License
- 35 years' experience working for Educational Institution preferred.
- Non
- Profit experience preferred.
- Ability to call and speak to school district staff
- Contact each school district multiple times to build relationship
- Business Development
- Must have strong written communications skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast changing environment
- Must have a strength in proof reading documents for spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Assist with fundraising as needed day of event and administratively
- Liaison between different committees and the Executive Director
- Ability to create strong working relationships with referral sources
- Maintain and update all data bases
- Have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, File Maker Pro and indesign
- Good working knowledge of standard office equipment Computer, Scanner, Fax and Copiers
- Have extraordinary people skills
- Create Marketing Pieces that are eye catching
- Maintain monthly mailings
- Deadline oriented
- Cover for other support staff during vacations and sick time and breaks if necessary
- Other tasks as directed by the Executive Director

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
