Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales and marketing team in developing and implementing strategies to promote our Client's products and services
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential customers and market trends
Support inside sales representatives by providing them with necessary materials and information
Assist with account management activities, including maintaining customer records and resolving any issues or concerns
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, monitor customer interactions, and generate reports

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data
Customer serviceoriented with a focus on building strong relationships
Ability to work well with a team.
Desire for an Entry Level Opportunity with Management Goals
Technical sales knowledge is a bonus
