Description

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and manage accounts
Assist with outside sales activities, including attending meetings and conferences
Provide technical sales support to customers, answering questions and providing product information
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the customer base

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish (both written and verbal communication skills)
Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
Ability to effectively manage accounts and provide account management support
Selfmotivated with a strong drive for results and achieving sales targets
Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
