    Responsibilities:
    Set and achieve personal advertising goals while supporting the goals of the teamGreet customers in a timely, professional and engaging mannerProvide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandiseBuild lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases and suggest new merchandiseWork as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possibleQualifications:Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in advertisingDemonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkersKnowledgeable and enthusiastic about PRAbility to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to quickly learn new procedures and processesStrong organizational and follow-through skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, and advertisingHigh level of ownership, accountability, and initiative#LI-Onsite
