- Engage with our Finance, Business & Data SMEs to develop deep understanding of our business data, ensuring alignment between business needs and data solutions.
- Rapidly assimilate the current business performance self-serve product, spearhead requirements collection, documentation, analysis, and orchestrate the release of an upgraded version of this pivotal self-serve data tool.
- Design, construct, and sustain BI data models to enhance data accessibility and scalability, ensuring prompt responsiveness and adaptability to evolving business demands.
- Utilize Power BI, Looker, and other relevant tools to create intuitive data visualizations, interactive reports, and dashboards that represent complex business data in a clear and concise manner.
- Gather and document data product requirements, business logic and code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at effectively conveying work-related information in both one-on-one conversations and group settings.
- Strong team player, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in technical skills, including SQL development, data visualization in PowerBI, Looker and documentation.
- Ability to consolidate data from various sources and systems, conducting validation, and ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Understanding of statistical methods for data analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Good understanding of database services within the Google Cloud Platform, including familiarity with data warehousing and ML concepts in BigQuery, would be a valuable addition.

This is a great opportunity in shaping the self-serve data product, focusing on the essential business performance KPIs of our Gen business.
