The Compliance & Privacy Analyst will perform day-to-day activities and long-term projects related to department goals and objectives for operations of the Compliance and Privacy programs.

This individual maintains a high level of confidentiality with compliance and privacy matters and has appropriate discretion with sensitive information.

As an analyst, this person will handle sensitive information, adhere to corporate and agency deadlines, maintain accurate regulatory reporting, and ensure the accuracy of housed documents for programmatic integrity and auditing purposes.


Responsibilities:


  • Supports functionality of compliance management tools/software and maintain after implementation.
  • Support for companywide management of Policies & Procedures process and repository.
  • Support for compliance and privacy ticketing process, reporting, and action items.
  • Maintain metrics dashboards for compliance and reporting deliverables.
  • Supports nonmanagement compliance and privacy incidents and escalates others, as appropriate, to leadership.
  • Supports agency reporting for reportable incidents and breaches.
  • Maintains compliance and privacy SharePoint site.
  • Maintains compliance and privacy intranet.
  • Support internal and external compliance and privacy monitoring and auditing.
  • Maintain compliance and privacy Policies & Procedures, Code of Conduct, Acceptable Use, etc.

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Data Base Management, pulling information for reporting, and contributing to overall Compliance Management tools.
  • Learning Management Software and customization of trainings.
  • Bachelor's degree Required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Privacy, or similar preferred.
  • HCCA certification required.
  • IAPP preferred but not required.
  • Prefer current or past PMP or NPDP certifications
