- Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation, job aids and supplier trainings for respective workstreams
- Identify and manage teams process gaps with nxtgen rollout and collaborate with nxtgen team(s) and BU stakeholders for resolution
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient solutions to streamline transactional workflows, including automation solutions
- Ability to create reporting and review transactional data to determine root cause issue(s) and proactively resolve open issues with key stakeholders
- Ability to communicate transactional discrepancies and necessary corrective actions in a clear and efficient manner
- Monitor and analyze ticketing system metrics to identify trends and provide feedback and training to team and stakeholders
- Assist and facilitate corrective action on tickets that are escalated from team or key stakeholders
- Lead training efforts with team when knowledge gaps are identified
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during all transactional activities
- Undertake ad hoc/special projects, as assigned
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
- 1 + years of experience in Supply Chain or related field
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Admin/Mgmt, Supply Chain, other related field, or foreign equivalent
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including SMART by GEP, Jira Service Management, PowerBI, S4
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and grasp new concepts quickly
- Ability to effectively navigate unknown territories, independently find solutions and prioritize effectively
- Effectively utilize available resources to solve problems
