    Senior Delivery Leader (F/M) to support digital transformation for Renault Trucks.

    The mission for awesome leader is to drive and actively contribute to innovation and creation of new digital products and services, that will bring value to customers and partners.


    Your mission if you accept it:

    • Setting the strategy and roadmap for your delivery / product area in close collaboration with Product Owners
    • Leveraging our North Star Architecture to release differentiated business solutions decoupled from our core solutions
    • Driving modernization and transformation towards decoupled products
    • Securing proper staffing and agile way of working across the product teams - in collaboration with chapters
    • Securing product quality aligned with compliance, budget and SLA in line with Volvo Group Business Critical Applications criteria
    • Enhancing Team Performance by facilitating, coaching, removing impediments and coordinating with different stakeholders

    Your experiences:

    • You have a Master degree on IT and have 5 to 7 years of experience as leader or technical leader
    • You already coordinate International Agile team on project, maintenance, or product centric and use facilitations technics / problem resolution tools.
    • You have experience on managing an IT Solution (Maintenance, support, SLA)
    • You are recognized as a technical leader to support application transformation to our wished architecture and coordinate with technical stakeholders
    • Some knowledge on Microsoft development Platforms is a plus (.net, Azure, API management)
    • Fluent English needed to daily interact with other team members and with users.
    • Your colleagues and clients trust you thanks to your transparency, your sense of commitment and your reliability.
    • You have an appetite for technology watch.
    • Testing and learning is second nature to you.
    • You are resilient and used to operating in changing environments.
