    Delivery Leader /Agile Leader

    We are now looking for a candidate to join the
    Advanced Analytics & BI Delivery team at the
    Delivery Leader position to support numerous exciting
    BI & Analytics projects for
    Volvo Group Digital & IT.

    We are looking for a candidate eager to work with Data Analytics topics related to Performance Management, Workforce Management, HR, and IT KPIs.

    You will be part of the Data organization and work with up to 3 teams of 4-6 data engineers, architects and analysts.

    Using the most appropriate agile technology, you will shape how we deliver value to our internal customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Foster close collaboration across all team members, empower knowledge sharing, and support solving conflicts inside the teams
    • Communicate efficiently with product owners/managers, delivery managers, and key users
    • Support the solution leaders/ product owners to keep a refined, prioritized product backlog
    • Deliver IT-related estimations for run-time and one-time activities
    • Ensure the quality of work and KPIs fulfillment
    • React on issues, use escalation paths whenever needed
    • Initiate and encourage development activities for the team members in cooperation with the respective Line Manager
    • Increase team agility by providing expertise on agile methods

    Required competencies

    • Min. 1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coordinator/ Team leader
    • Facilitation skills and an ability to focus team energy towards an agreed outcome
    • Highly developed interpersonal skills: communication, cooperation, negotiation
    • Can-do and problem-solving attitude
    • Knowledge of the BI & Advanced Analytics application development process
    • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
    • Fluency in English

    Nice to have competencies

    • Interest and/or experience in Performance and Workforce Data Analysis
    • Experience in working at technical positions (preferably BI & Analytics)
