Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their unique businesses and processes and identify/analyze/drive a portfolio of opportunities that simplify and optimize crossFinance operations effectively integrating people, process and technology.
  • Develop a vision and prioritized roadmaps for business reengineering initiatives to address pain points and create value opportunities; identify timing, outcomes, resources, and approach.
  • Form and lead cross functional teams to deliver initiatives (process, technology, SME, Finance disciplines etc.); leading planning, direction and coordination of daytoday delivery activities.
  • Define common capabilities across Finance disciplines that align with Citi's Enterprise Architecture Methodology to create a structured approach to plan, communicate and manage integrated people, projects and technology.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify business value metrics to measure the impact of changes, progress against outcomes and to provide a line of sight into investments.
  • Ensure close collaboration with stakeholders, managing them in terms of expectations, risks, dependencies and buyin.
  • Design a scalable business reengineering framework that equips execution teams with skillsets, tools and techniques for a culture of continuous improvement in Finance Operations and across stakeholders.
  • Set OKRs or similar goal frameworks to inspire the Program Execution team and create accountability for outcomes.
  • Be a servant leader to the Program Execution team, including developing their career and intellectual growth.

Knowledge, experience and skills

  • 10+ years of experience as a Program, Product or Solution Manager with demonstrated skills in building and developing teams.
  • Extensive experience in defining and managing visible, complex business/ technology initiatives.
  • Highly developed analytical and problemsolving skills; capable of diving into details, while bringing a strategic and big picture perspective.
  • Subject matter expertise in program management, agile delivery, and business reengineering specifically in a large financial services organization.
  • Proven experience in providing oversight to a portfolio of projects with strong organizational and followup skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a highvolume environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and provide direction with judgement and authority to enable effective validation with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly effective in stakeholder management with strong influencing skills and ability to communicate effectively with business and technology teams.
  • A leader who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to contribute.
