    POSITION SUMMARY:

    A Project Manager is needed that will be responsible for providing direct day-to-day management for assigned projects with regards to scope, schedule, budget/cost and quality. Interface with clients and ensure project task orders are completed in accordance with the contract. Assist with technical approach and cost estimates for RFPs.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    • Manage all activities for the Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) contract.
    • Serve as the single point of contact for the contract and shall be responsible for the management of the work, approval of all plans, and compliance with all federal, state, and all local laws and regulations.
    • Maintain close communication and coordination with ARNG and CNGC for the duration of the contract, including monthly progress and cost reporting, as applicable.
    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, chemistry, biology or related field and professional registration, as applicable
    • Minimum of eight (8) years of project management experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing environmental projects
    • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance
    • Relevant experience conducting environmental projects in the US Southeast
    • Experience and/or working knowledge of risk management
    • Experience performing Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies, developing proposed plans, developing Records of Decision, and maintaining Administrative Records
    • Implementation of remedial actions
    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to normal office conditions when not in the field. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When in the field, employee may be exposed to construction or environmental hazards, extreme weather conditions, and loud noise.
