It assumes the role of owner for SWM properties. The portfolio includes projects from the SWM housing construction offensive as well as a variety of developments in the commercial and special building sector, as well as baths. Furthermore, the department is responsible for all construction activities for properties in the Olympic Park. The projects are in the two to three-digit million range. There are close interfaces to other organizational units such as land development and portfolio management, as well as to asset management as the receiving unit for completed projects.
