    Project Manager

    to join our team. As a


    Project Manager , you will play a critical role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage the estimating, contract execution, and construction of new commercial projects

    Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans to ensure successful project completion

    Develop and maintain project documentation, contracts, change orders, and successful project completion

    Manage project budget, scheduling, and cost control

    Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

    Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors to ensure project success


    Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience
    as a Project Manager in the Commercial Concrete Industry

    Team player

    Knowledge of construction means & methods, materials, and regulations

    Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

    Ability to manage multiple projects

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

    Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality product delivery

    Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members


    Salary and Benefits:
    Full-Time

    Salary at $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience

    Per project profit sharing.
