To strengthen our Technical Department, we are looking for you as

Project Manager / Project Controller (m/f/d) Technical Building Equipment (TGA)

Your tasks:

In the role of client representative, you will lead comprehensive modernization and maintenance measures in residential buildings and commercial properties. The main focus is on managing external and internal specialist planners and engineers (m/f/d) across all cost groups and performance phases, with a focus on the area mentioned in the job description. You are responsible for the economic, technical and timely success while adhering to technical standards and guidelines set by the technical management.

This includes controlling and risk analysis throughout all phases, from project development to planning and preparation, construction execution, and handover to the management department.

You will also be responsible for commercial and technical negotiations, including conducting tender procedures and concluding planner contracts, including reviewing performance content.

In addition, you will handle internal communication with the involved departments regarding planned construction projects and coordinate customer inquiries during the construction process.
